Doesn't work for me at all.
I liked this product. I really did. But for me it is very impractical. This forced my arm and shoulder into an unnatural position and did nothing to relieve the pain in my neck. The worst smell comes from the foam that the pillow is made of. I left the pillow in the sun all day to release the odor causing gases but it still stinks! That was my experience, yours may be very different.
