I had high hopes for this stretch shelving unit, but sadly no. Easy enough to understand, but takes some practice (and a few holes in the bars) to get it right. I cleaned the surface of the tile where I was going to mount the shelf (I used household cleaner and alcohol and let dry - this method works for all other tensioning products including tension rods, suction cups, etc.). Installed it, put it on the shelf, maybe 10 pounds and it didn't last more than a couple of hours. I tried adjusting the length of the tension but couldn't get it to work. After trying to figure it out for 2 days, I decided to return. Great idea, but just doesn't work.
