I managed to get this camera on a lightning deal just when I needed a webcam the most but didn't want to pay a lot of money for it. The box was a little wrinkled on one side, but what matters is what's inside. This camera is exactly what it looks like and comes with a small paper manual. Still, I didn't really need it. As soon as I took it out of its protective packaging, I plugged it into my computer and it instantly connected to my computer and Skype. It instantly brightened up my dull, yellowish room background, making the room appear brighter and wider. A small platform that attaches the camera to a laptop/monitor could have been better but I'm not complaining about the price and it hasn't slipped. What was most important to me was the picture/sound quality and ease of use. All in all I really have nothing to complain about!
