It was a good chair for a while. After two years the steel plate at the bottom broke and I flew back. It must have worn out over time. Due to the design of the chair's backrest (no padding, just a very rigid plastic frame) I almost broke my back when it hit the frame. Apparently the movement of the chair (the "rocking" that occurs when you lean forward or backward) has worn down the steel plate. So I'm saying the sheet steel needs to be stronger or the design needs to be changed or something so it doesn't happen again and cause a lawsuit. Or worse, a broken back.
