Very easy to use and effective - highly recommended
The interface was easy to use with all my emails being sorted correctly into folders easily accessible by clicking them out from within Outlook or Gmail - this made it simple! I also liked that you could set up rules so they got sent straight away without having me have do everything manually as some other email providers require (which makes sense). There's not much else i dislike really but only because there isn't anything majorly wrong either :) We were looking at improving efficiency between multiple departments who didn’t always communicate well enough before using MailChimp/Munivo we hoped something like these would help us get things done quicker!! The ability to create custom fields that can be used by multiple campaigns. I dislike how you have to go into each campaign individually and then edit it to make changes. If they had a way to do this all at once would be great! We use this product for our inbound marketing efforts. It's very easy to set up and customize for each client.

- It's a bit difficult to edit each campaign individually to make changes to the template
