I like that it is easy for me as an admin, who does not know SQL very well at all but can understand what most of this platform offers through its interface (which makes sense). The dashboard layout could definitely be more intuitive if you're new user with no experience using analytics tools/platforms before; however once one gets used they will love how simple everything works! It helps us keep our business systems running smoothly by collecting real time insights into performance issues within minutes instead hours+ days+.
