I use this fanless PC to run a portable astrophotography rig that has multiple USB Entrances needed to be exposed to the outdoor elements at night. I didn't need a fan that could suck in dust and pollen or cause unwanted vibrations. I mount it on a deck under a tripod. WIN 10 Pro allows me to use remote desktop and remote wifi on the device so I'm not limited to running cables. And if I ever need to control external devices, old-school RS-232 ports give me so many options. Reliable small PC for scientific or laboratory use!
