In addition to the fact that the operating system was already activated at delivery (which in itself is a red flag), the BIOS already had Secure Boot Master Keys installed in the TPM. There was no way to remove the master key, so I couldn't control every aspect of the machine. Attempts to remove the keys were unsuccessful as I did not have access to the master key. I got the model with 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD and i5 dual core processor. It has a clock speed of 1.8 GHz (instead of the advertised 1.7 GHz - BONUS!), with a maximum Turbo Boost of 2.6 GHz. The machine is very well made and the preforms will be very good. I will be using them in about 25 units but they come pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro but are licensed for Kingdel and you cannot remove the 'Kingdel' user. Which requires more storage space. After unpacking I ran a malware scan and there were 9 files that were questionable. I will not buy again until I know how to get rid of the kingdel user. Not sure what could be in this system from China.

This computer worked for me for a while until the power supply failed. Luckily I have a backup battery for this PC and was able to keep working. I contacted the seller through Revain and received a prompt response. The seller was able to help me get a new PSU and is solidly supportive of their product. This computer worked well for 2 months with light use. Then suddenly, without warning, it restarted. It lasted a week and then became a constant cycle of starts and restarts that doesn't stop.
