I had to deduct a star for that: we ordered over 10 of these in similar configurations. All new devices are scanned for malware prior to deployment, and we were surprised to find that around 4/5 of devices purchased (in proportion) come with PUPs and malware pre-installed. While PUPs can be rejected, the malware detection we see is a specific variant of "Adware.ChinAd" associated with QILU Inc (a Chinese pharmaceutical company). I love these little things for their form factor and they are great for our industrial applications. However, I recommend the seller to remove this type of software from future stock in the future, otherwise we may have to consider other vendors.
