Review on Optitravel by Mark Hamblin

It has everything I need for my travel business; it is very user friendly! There are multiple options available when using OTP which makes customizing our system easier than ever before!! Also because we use their online booking software (Booking System), there can be some issues that arise where they do not support us as well or respond quickly at times but overall great product/service combination. We have been able solve many problems through them so far by sending emails back-and forth between both parties trying different solutions together until something works out best :).
