That's what they say: plastic, glow-in-the-dark headbands, glow fast, reduce smoke. But the label! Bright orange on my kit that didn't peel. Tries to lift the blade with a knife. I tried soapy water and rubbing with a napkin, then steel wool. The label is removed, the adhesive remains. Tried alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, grease, baby powder. Remained sticky; couldn't let her go. Still useless. Finally I cleaned them with paint thinner and a coarse steel brush. You are clean. Then I discovered that if you take them by the glowing upper part, the lower part will fall off. Fixed it with double sided tape. Now they work great but too much work. I won't be replacing them until they announce that the tag is easy to remove.
