The product did not quite meet my expectations. This does not eliminate the need to vacuum and sweep hard floors. The fibers tend to stick to the rough areas of the parquet. The vacuum cleaner picks up hair well. I use three 8" x 6" strips attached to my Swiffer Extra Wide Floor Mop, one side of the mop material covers about 800 square feet. dirty floor. This material will not catch larger particles the size of cat litter. Part of the rag can be flipped over to use the other side, however the opposite side is less effective at trapping dust after one side has been used. You don't really need the 3M sweeper sold for use with the Easy Trap Duster. The flap material can be moved around with a simple broom. A roll of perforated material is very versatile. The 8" x 6" strips can be used for wiping down furniture and picking up dust and hair from upholstery or hard-to-reach places. In general I like the product.
