The magnets don't work.

I bought this product twice hoping the magnet function would work but it doesn't. This is my second return and it was damaged in the packaging without the charger. The first time there was no static packaging and no instruction manual. Not entirely sure who is to blame here, both products sold as new were different meaning they were resold, repackaged and untested for some reason. I won't make the same mistake again. This product is useless.
