Sometimes works best with barcode scanners
Not happy with this scanner. I've been trying to get a scanner that can wirelessly roam the store with me, as they say here. But even when connected to a laptop, it only reads barcodes occasionally. I have to disconnect and reconnect after 3-4 scans, wait for beeps and start over. It's just not reliable. I'm still loading my entire inventory into my new program and don't even use this gear on a daily basis, so I'm very disappointed. I called the software support team and they tried to help but were unsuccessful. It's just not reliable.
