I am having an issue with the "steel mesh" filter that was described as part of the system but was not included in the shipment that I received. I contacted Saki directly and they quickly sent me a replacement filter. They responded quickly to my inquiries and ensured my satisfaction was guaranteed. Upon receipt I can say that this is a wonderful coffee maker!
