Nice but cheap
I bought these starlights for an event I was attending. I love how they look in my canopy tent at night, as well as the ability to choose from different modes. The problem is that it was made cheaply. The wired portion of the lights that connects to the solar panel must be manipulated to turn the light on. Sometimes it works right away, other times you have to move the cable to the right spot for them to turn on.
