Disappointing Turntable Experience

The motorized turntable I purchased from this brand underperformed. According to my experience, it was not only difficult to set up, but it also stopped working after a few months of use. The worst part is that their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. On the positive side, the turntable had decent sound quality. However, its electronic components were not reliable. My recommendation is to go for a manual turntable with better quality and durability.

Requires an electrical outlet for operation, limiting placement options.
