101 incorporated was very helpful with setting up our LLC, they helped us understand all of it's benefits as well which is great! They were also extremely friendly to work around my schedule for their team members who are located across from me here at home office space so I could meet them personally when we needed help or clarification during set-up process (which there wasn't much).

Communication through email can be slow but not terrible once you get used too - just expect some time delays between replies while everyone gets caught back into things after vacation season etc.. Our corporate documents have been finalized over 2 months ago now without issue by legal counsel & tax preparer friends using this service before switching out other services like LegalZoom where fees start high $$$$ compared wtih low cost offered though 102 incsorated.
