Herbal Tea, typically 1 tablespoon per cup; My favorite black tea requires 2 teaspoons and my green tea requires 1 teaspoon. And a spoon to serve them all! The guide can be easily slid up or down to achieve the desired dimension. At first I couldn't slide it but after a few tries it loosened up a bit and it's perfect. I still prefer other teaspoons for cooking because they work better in small cavities and are easier to use for liquids, but it's nice to have just one spoon to make all your drinks. I leave it next to my kettle where I have all my teas and coffees.
