It works well on many levels
It's not fully waterproof, I'll explain. It doesn't smudge when your eyes water, but unlike other waterproof products, it doesn't stick to your lashes like glue for days. At the end of the day I just wash it off, I don't need oil based makeup removers. I have Graves' disease and my eyes are sensitive and watery so I need products that will not irritate or run when my eyes are watery, this one works well. Finally, it does not stick, it envelops the lashes, unlike others that require heavy application. And it's so cheap. That's why I love this mascara!
