I've had this hanging on the wall above the chimney with a 60" (65 lbs) plasma for almost 9 months now and it hasn't fallen off yet despite having to center it. Bolts to drywall with 4 toggle screws on each side. The built in spirit level was very helpful and the brackets easily attached to the back of my standard VESA mounted TV. Still feels totally secure.
