Lid does not easily close fully

There is metal decoration on the lid and the inner layer is made of plastic. The problem is that they don't stick together. This makes them very difficult to tighten or loosen. hence it flows. Otherwise a good product. The bottle looks good, the lid and funnel are well designed for disposal.
