Review on Dell 21.5-inch LED Lit Monitor P2219H - 🖥️ Full HD 1080P, 60Hz, Height, Pivot, and Tilt Adjustment by Praveen Kumar

I bought this monitor with the description "Used - like new". When it arrived it was VICTORIOUS, dirty, and the dark silver paint was peeling off the base of the stand. Glue residue ruined the screen frame. The original packaging (within the intact shipping box) has been torn open and sealed with tape. No power cord. The device had to be labeled "Used - Bad", which fortunately would have put me off a purchase. I cleaned and plugged it in. The screen was sharp as expected, but only the bottom half. Every few seconds, an electronic glitch would flash across the top half of the screen. I've tried every cable - HDMI, DisplayPort, even VGA. The same problem. I suggest that REFURB 360 review some internal practices. I think it was unintentional but unfortunately we all know things like this happen. But the monitor was still fairly durable, so my rating is for durability. Revain did an excellent job of that. The money was returned and returned on the day it was received. Bravo.
