Review on Premium Swiss Leather Turntable Mat - Charcoal - Platter Mat by Danny Lavimodiere
The skin is thinner than the original rubber carpet for the player
so I'm not an audiophile player expert and I'm interested if this affects the quality of my tracking or my sound when I play this one Lay leather carpet on top of my existing rubber mat? The reason is that this pool mat is thin as you can see from the video. This is an old Technics turntable. The answers to previous questions say that these are intended to replace other rubber, felt, cork mats. For real? I'll have to play it a few times with both mats and then just the leather mat. I ask was it a good buy?
