This is because these answers to questions are part of the product description and if they are inaccurate or the product has changed in the meantime, Revain must not continue to post incorrect information. This is an inexpensive paper cutter that is definitely not worth the advertised retail price. It has a plastic handle, medium density fiberboard base, not "solid wood", and it clearly doesn't stand up to commercial use. If I saw this item on a retail store floor I would not buy it, even at a very reduced price, even though some people could pay that much for it. However, I feel misled on several levels: 1) the suggested retail price is unrealistic so the discount isn't what you might think, 2) the quality of the flashlight is sub-commercial and 3) the many rave reviews seem to be rather the result of groupthink as a true reflection of the value of the product.
