I was looking for a stronger support to work with. It keeps your hands warm when it's cold but not sure if it's cooling. Unfortunately I just wanted my money because I thought it would be useful. I work at a rehab center for the elderly, so I do a lot of weightlifting and arm movements. I have tendonitis in both elbows and the elbow compression is starting to affect my arm so I was looking for something that would support the entire arm equally. It might have worked differently if it was just for training, but it doesn't have the hand support I was hoping for. And I can't return because I've already used one.
