I've read reports of leaks so I approached the installation with caution. I also made sure I had the right parts and tools. The line to my toilet has a rigid hose, so I had to buy a flexible line. I also wanted to make sure there weren't any leaks, so I bought teflon tape to seal the water connections. This allowed me to use a metal tee. The installation went perfectly. No leaks. Smooth work. I liked the double pack because I have parts for everything. Considering the price, I guess I have nothing to complain about. but . This product is too easy to abuse. When nobody sits on the toilet seat, the water splashes all over the bathroom. And the valve does not shut off automatically. So I see a kid turn on the bidet shower and then leave. This spells disaster as the bathroom and adjoining rooms will be flooded. The valve should only stay open if you hold it. Adding a spring to make the valve self-closing only adds pennies to the cost of this device.
