They helped us from beginning all the way through implementation, which was easy as compared with other companies in this field we dealt with previously. The support they give when there's any problems after installation is fantastic by far! I would definitely recommend working with them, they really make things smooth for you. Nothing at all. Great people who are extremely friendly and willing to help solve issues immediately or find solutions when you have no idea where to start looking for answers. We needed someone professional who could work independently while also having excellent communication skills (we're on different countries so not much face2face time).They delivered everything perfectly and on promised timelines. I like how easy it was for me as my customer, since we are not tech savvy at all! We had no issues with anything they did or said during our service call; everything went smoothly!! They were very professional in every way possible. Our computer has been up & running again now after being down about 2 weeks ago due their help (and mine). It's so nice when you have people who actually care instead of just taking your money then walking away without doing any work/service other than charging us fees. !
