I ordered one, and when it arrived the birth certificate stated it was a girl, but I ordered a boy (and received one also). The 2 pair of spare eyes were not in the package, so I contacted Best Buy and they said I had to get a replacement order because they were unable to send JUST the eyes and correct birth certificate. i got attached to this doll very quickly. i loved her. but i ordered her with hair and after 2 days of being in my home it all fell out. kinda worth the money but now i have to return her. i am heartbroken. she also came very dirty, and no care instructions/ or three gift that they mentioned.

Details are very lifelike. Soft n flexible. Paint/coloring is very minimal. He has color on his lips n eye creases. When the box came he was not dressed but wrapped in blanket with hat on. The outfit was in the bag. The hat n outfit did not match. That being said his weight feels lovely. They were no rips tears or gouges to his silicone. Box was clean and without damage. His fingers are super fragile. One good tug on by a child and they would likely rip.

I have to say, prior to purchase I was skeptical this doll would be all it said it was in the ad. However, when I received it, I was pleasantly surprised. It is weighted to feel just like a real newborn baby. The pliable silicone skin makes it feel realistic. shes cute but fragile. do not use him as a child's toy unless the child is over 8-10 years of age and can be gentle with it. My 5 year old got ahold of her and ripped her little toe right off and then pulled his little privates off too.
