Actually 4.5 stars, but more on that later. First, it's well made, very durable, and I really appreciate that it has perforated sheet metal instead of flimsy wire. My glasses sit perfectly on it without shifting or wobbling. I would trust these shelves to store my finest china and glasses. I'm sure it will last a lifetime. I also like the silver color. It is not chromed but painted; and that's ok with me. It's made in China, but I'm fine with that when the quality is so good and the price is reasonable. Shelves are not huge. I wish they were a little bigger but I have room for 12 glasses on the larger one and 8 on the smaller one. And of course the same number under each shelf. However, I use in a larger closet than usual. Half a star is deducted for two missing rubber feet. Others have mentioned this, and while it's not a major issue, I think it's a quality control issue that needs to be addressed. The shelves were well packaged and additionally wrapped in plastic to protect the legs and panels. They were sent in a plastic box wrapped in a pillow. The legs obviously got lost somewhere while packing. Which one is difficult to say. Either from the manufacturer or from the sender. I searched the box and carefully examined the plastic wrap covering the legs, but they just weren't there. They should probably be packed separately in a small bag and stuck on a cardboard label. Otherwise I will order a few more for another closet.
