Review on VH Chart by Jesse Spoja

It gives us a real-time overview of the patient that is not only in our eyes and in the eyes of the physician. VH chart gives instant insight when the patient’s status/condition changes or the doctor has an open/read status. No other system I’ve used is so easy and quick to add new patients, and VH Chart gives me the ability to do so on my smartphone from the patient’s room. The only part I dislike is how slow to update it can get. I use VHChart primarily on my smartphone to get a real-time status of my patients. Being able to see changes in a patient's conditions easily when they are in their room has helped me make important decisions regarding the patient. I love that you can use it anywhere so if your in clinic you can take note while waiting for patients. It is not as easy to navigate through when using a smart phone because there isn't much screen space. You need to zoom out to see everything at once which makes it difficult to find what you're looking for. We were able to save time by being able to write our own medication list instead of having to rely upon paper charts.
