Wanted to add a few more USB3 ports to my Win10 system without adding an external hub. This item was shipped and delivered quickly and installed easily. Unfortunately, Win 10 didn't automatically detect it and the drivers provided created an unknown device in the USB section of Device Manager. The driver tool provided also messed up my sound card drivers (Realtek) claiming they were out of date. Now my rear speaker jack doesn't work, only the front headphone jack. The printed documentation does not match the file/folder naming structure on the Minidriver CD. After working on it for 30 minutes, the ports are working, but I still have 2 other problems that I didn't have before. Discussion whether I want to keep it or not. Very frustrating.
