Completely non-functional male-male connection, no valid reason to use USB C male-male to USB 3.0 male only! It just stinks that now I have to buy a male to female conversion adapter to make it work the way you expect it to. Of course I observed the male to male transition, I'm just assuming it was a male to female transition like most adapters. Well that's life I guess it was my fault but at least give me a good reason for a man to hook up with a man? There isn't, as an IT analyst I'm aware of the connection flow. I bought 2 packs of male to female USB cables, it makes sense, it doesn't.
