I'm impressed. The white board is very nice. The manufacturer went through all of the things that could go wrong and addressed them. When I opened the box, the white board looked gray and then I saw the note "This isn't the front. Don't write here". I was looking at the back of the board. They provided screws and wall anchors - and included an extra set. There were little covers to put over the screws so you wouldn't see them. They included the wire "hooks" on 2 sides if you didn't want to hang it by screws in the corners. The white board corners were protected in packaging. There was a plastic film over the white board to keep it clean. At first I thought there was a wrinkle in the board and then I saw the note to remove the plastic film. There are lots of details in the instructions. The board is very nice- very bright, easily cleaned. The packaging included an eraser, a little shelf (that snaps on to any side), white board pens and magnetics. And there's a note in the instruction that oil based and/or permanent markers are "forbidden". Nicely done.
