I didn't sleep well during the first phase of the pandemic but I decided it was because of the insecurity, I was away from home, away from the yoga studio, away from the pool and gym etc. Then my knees and hips hurt at night. At home I bought a new mattress and an adjustable bed frame, but the pain continued. An elderly (erm) athlete who had arthritis in his hips, shoulders etc. for years said that a foam mattress topper would help, but I was skeptical. So much pain, so easy to fix. I let the product air out for two days, a few hours outdoors and used it last night. I've had the best sleep I've had in months. I had already bought very deep sheets and a mattress topper for the adjustable bed frame but they wobbled. Now they fit perfectly. I am amazed and grateful.
