This is two huge rolls of white parchment paper. It is coated and is easy to work with.It is non-stick and easy to tear from the roll using the cutting edge. The box comes down over the sharp edge to protect everything around from being cut or scratched.The roll is secured in the box so it doesn't fall out each time that you tilt the box.I got the 15" roll which is the size of my sheet pan. The pan measures 10 x 15 so I just have to tear off 10 inches of paper to line the pan and it fits nicely and lays flat without curling like many of the parchments do.I also use this in my air fryer. I decided that I wanted some smores so I melted the marshmallows and chocolate chips in the air fryer and then added the gooey goodness to the graham crackers and it felt just like a summer evening around the camp fire. The parchment made it very easy to scoop the gooey goodness up with nothing seeping through the parchment paper.I use parchment to place between hamburger patties and other meat when vacuum sealing to freeze and wrap bread and rolls in it. I even wrap my sandwich in it from time to time. Mayo and butter do not seep through this paper.The price at the time of this review at just under $12 for each of the large rolls is reasonable.This parchment was made in China.
