Works well good for me

We mostly use parchment paper for making homemade pizzas on. Makes it easy to transfer into to over and out. Seems comparable to name brand.

Very nice generous amount of parchment paper and it works great!

This parchment paper is of really good quality. I bake a lot and am always using parchment paper for my baked good. I made a batch of cookies this morning and the cookies were perfect and they did not stick and the underside was nicely browned. I particularly like the rolls instead of the sheets as you can get the exact length that you need. Nice generous amount in the rolls. Highly recommend!

My wife has celiac disease, so we have to do a lot of baking at home to have stuff that most people can get at the corner store. This is good parchment paper, big enough to line most pans. It comes in a sturdy box with a cutter. Two sturdy boxes, in fact, and nice big rolls.I use parchment paper for baking fairly frequently, and this is a useful quantity at a good price.

Good paper from far away

Parchment paper was disappearing from home kitchens when I was a small child, displaced by things like aluminum foil and Saran. In recent years it seems to have made a comeback, perhaps because it’s not only better than foil for many tasks, it’s also biodegradable. Two Huge Rolls Will Keep Me Baking For A Long Time!

This is two huge rolls of white parchment paper. It is coated and is easy to work with.It is non-stick and easy to tear from the roll using the cutting edge. The box comes down over the sharp edge to protect everything around from being cut or scratched.The roll is secured in the box so it doesn't fall out each time that you tilt the box.I got the 15" roll which is the size of my sheet pan. The pan measures 10 x 15 so I just have to tear off 10 inches of paper to line the pan and it fits nicely

A bit heavier than many parchment papers. Strong box doesn't break down.

There is no good substitute for parchment paper. This is a very nice paper; thicker than many others and unbleached. Like others, I appreciate being able to use the cutter on the box without the box coming apart on me.This is a nice, large roll that is easy to handle. Even though it is larger than many rolls available in the grocery store, it is as easy to handle.

Excellent product! in my review

I love using parchment paper rather than foil which has health concerns or scrubbing a sticky baking pan. These two rolls will last for quite some time. It’s super easy to cleanup after a meal! Highly recommend this product. What you pay for it will be paid back with quality time and saved water.

Excellent parchment

One roll of this stuff seems to last forever and I use it every day so I'm really happy with it. It keeps food from sticking and makes it so much easier to clean up my pans. I use it a lot for baking chicken and for roasting veggies, which is pretty much a daily occurrence. I also use it for baked goods since it makes it a lot easier to get baked items out of the pan.
