Nice huge roll of unbleached parchment paper. Reasonable/typical price range for amount you get. Of all the kitchen stuff I use (foil, plastic wrap, wax paper), I use parchment paper most of all. It is a must have for lining my baking sheets, and it also serves well as a cute wrap when I share baked goods. I only buy unbleached parchment paper because wax paper is white. I have to have a visual difference between the two. I tried bleached parchment paper once, and it had me paranoid that I was grabbing wax paper. So immediately back to unbleached, even if a little more pricy.This big ole box though is reasonably priced. Good sturdy box, sturdy paper, and sharp cutting edge. While I have brands I prefer (Made in USA) I dont always find my preferred brand (and sometimes I dont even find parchment paper in store, or it is a global name brand but is bleached). So basically I will take what I can get, and this SmartTake parchment paper is doing me well, so far. I notice Walmart carries the brand I usually get (called, "If you care"<--hate that name), but its good stuff. However it doesnt have a cutting strip. Oddly, many brands dont have a cutting strip, or its just a weak useless cardboard strip. This has a real cutting strip like you would find with foil or plastic. For that I am liking this better. Hence, 5 stars.Made in China.
