We use parchment paper here on a fairly regular basis, lining half-sheet pans and any number of baking pans, wrapping packets to steam-bake tender fish, or separating meat patties. While this brand is slightly thin, it's stood up to everything we've thrown at it; it hasn't let anything stick and hasn't torn when damp.
