I do quite a lot of baking so I go through lots of parchment. I pretty much line everything because it ensures cakes will always come out, cookies and bars will never stick, Pizza and breads will never stick, granola even loaded in honey will never stick, and it makes clean up easy peasy lemon squeezy.This box comes with very large 205 sq.ft. roll.(I ordered the unbleached and received the white one. I'm fine with that as it works the same.) The box itself has a secure metal tear edge which works nicely. Also included are square ends to place into the roll so your parchment will stay put in the box as you pull it out. I really like that. This parchment has done it's job and works great. It does not burn in the oven and it does not curl up when you tear off your piece. Definitely a great value and a very good parchment.
