One roll of this stuff seems to last forever and I use it every day so I'm really happy with it. It keeps food from sticking and makes it so much easier to clean up my pans. I use it a lot for baking chicken and for roasting veggies, which is pretty much a daily occurrence. I also use it for baked goods since it makes it a lot easier to get baked items out of the pan. I prefer this natural color--it works just as well as the white but I feel like it's had one less process involved (bleaching) in its creation so I preferr that. I also think it just looks nicer and is more complimentary to the foods so they look more attractive and appetizing. Overall, I like the quality of this paper--it's on the thin side and that makes it a little easier to manipulate for me.
