Great thermometer but it took forever to learn how to go from Celsius to Fahrenheit
This is a very good thermometer. However, ours was set to Celsius and we couldn't change it to Fahrenheit. This alone reduced our 5 star rating to 4. There are no instructions in the instruction manual and no questions were asked here with that request. I assume all the ratings listed here have already been set to Fahrenheit. So if you switch to Celsius mode like we did, hold down the top middle (backlit) button. This simple but annoying step will do.
