Attach the sachet to the side of the kettle and brew as if the sachet weren't there.
This thing works great. Easy to clean in dishwater before and after. Throw it on the kettle and you can stir well in it. Then unhook and pull out with all grains. Or rinse it through if you have a strainer that fits over the kettle.
