Not what I expected for $60. I should have just gone with the sponsored results on Amazon instead of looking for one that actually has a lot of reviews. I suspect that the reviews are artificially inflated, especially given the questions and that I'm not the only one with the problem I'm about to describe. When first used, the sensors suddenly and inexplicably began reading inaccurate temperatures, some 30 degrees below actual temperatures. One of the probes wasn't in the smokehouse at all, it just hung on the railing as a calibration probe. When both the one in the smokehouse and the one in the meat lost 30 degrees, the same thing happened to the outside. I couldn't get it right again even if I replaced the sensors and used a new (unused) one. Even if I unplug all the probes, the temperature still shows 10 degrees. There is also no way to fix this device. The troubleshooting guide states, like one of the questions in the FAQ on this page, "The probe is exposed to an open flame (flame) or other high temperature object exceeding 300°C (572°F), causing damage the probe. Please contact our customer service for further assistance." Mine was definitely not exposed to open flames or flames. It was in the meat, hanging on the grate and hanging loose in the smoker (which was previously stable at 225 degrees broke or something) .
