I wanted to try the blue glasses as I've been working from home all screen time plus an extra pair for my teenager. I didn't want to pay too much so this was a good option. So for me they definitely taught screen glare and it's nice to know my eyes are protected without realizing it. My daughter said it helped her eyes get less tired at the end of the day. The lenses didn't change the color of the screen or make it blurry. It even comes with a glasses case, a glasses cleaning cloth and a blue light test card, which was great to see. The weight is reasonable, quite light and comfortable, and the design is modern and elegant. These are the holders, I would buy again.
