The following happened about 0.5 seconds after the router was powered on. My only guess is that this bit wasn't very well balanced. After removing the bit from the router and paying for the plastic plate replacement, I tried one of my Milwaukee bits and it still turned fine with no vibration. The rest of Yakamose's parts went in the trash.
