There's a reason they're so cheap. At the school where I work, most of the trash cans are old brown standard 13 gallon rectangular containers. I thought I'd give them a try because of the price and I regret I didn't. They will not fit in a standard 13 gallon canister. I have to stretch the top of the bag to fit the rim and 50% of the time the bag breaks and becomes unusable. When the pouch is put on, it goes about 3/4 of the way to the bottom of the can. I thought they accidentally sent me a smaller size than I ordered, but no. I won't buy these again.
