I bought it for Macbook Pro 13 inch M1 2020. I was hoping for a transparent case. This is completely opaque. However, the color is a beautiful, rich chestnut brown. It also has a nice smooth texture that doesn't feel like plastic. It gives my computer a premium feel. Installation was pretty easy. Simply snap on the top and bottom covers. fits perfectly and all ports are still accessible. Also included are two keyboard skins. One has an exit button for models with physical exit buttons, and the other is missing an exit button for models with built-in touchpad exit. The skins are easy to clean Align your keyboard and provide extra protection against spills. You can choose not to use a keyboard film if the texture bothers you, but it will give your keyboard a unique look. These types of covers protect your computer from surface scratches, but do not protect it from major drops or bumps. If you're going to be carrying your computer around, I still recommend using a soft case. They simply protect the surface from everyday wear and tear as these metal laptops are easy to scratch. One small thing to note is that there is no cutout for the Apple logo on the top of this case. I have seen other similar items that have this neckline. If you want your Apple logo to show, this case will hide it. On the other hand, this case protects this logo from scratches and also somewhat hides the type of computer to make it less attractive to thieves.
