With the 16-inch MacBook Pro 2020, you literally only need the included subculture cables. Connect a cable from your monitor to your MacBook Pro and bam, done. The MacBook Pro supports two external monitors, so for the best travel setup I would recommend buying two. I usually work in my home office with a 35" Ultra monitor and a 16" laptop screen, but when I hook up two of these plus a MacBook screen it works about the same. I have yet to travel with them but I used them once at home to test functionality and I would definitely recommend them.
