- Software is poorly designed / clumsy - Motion sensor not working as it turns off for no reason or not at all regardless of setting - Recording randomly stopped after a week: when watching When events are being played random black screens with recorded events appear - a vertical multicolored line appears on two of the four cameras, the line moves across the screen - customer service is only available via email, which took about two days to receive a response, and there was one obvious language barrier - generally you get what you paid for and for a 1 meter camera the picture is ok but not good enough for license plates etc, night vision is poor - make sure you install as soon as possible as possible, it took me a while to get this done and when I did this Discovered any problems, my 30 day grace period had expired - you will be charged shipping pay
